Loft early-access terms

Loft is an early-access Container Labs service. Questions and support requests can be sent to will@containerlabs.io.

Accounts and workspaces

Use an account you are authorized to use and protect access to your Google account. You are responsible for your use of Loft and for actions you authorize in your workspaces. Workspace membership determines access; signing in with an existing Container Labs identity does not automatically grant access to other workspaces.

Do not attempt to access other users’ data without authorization, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or use Loft for unlawful activity.

Current availability and billing

Creating a workspace is currently free. Card setup is currently a Stripe sandbox feature and accepts test card details only. Adding a test card does not authorize a real payment or start a subscription.

Paid inference, API tokens, and hosted agents are not yet enabled in this initial release. References to planned features or pricing describe future plans, not an active purchase. Any paid offering will present its applicable pricing and payment authorization before enrollment.

Early access

Features may change, be unavailable, or be discontinued during early access. Do not rely on preview features for uninterrupted service or as the sole copy of important information. Contact us if you need help with your account or wish to request its deletion.

Our privacy notice describes the information used to provide Loft. We will update these terms as the service evolves and present applicable terms before offering paid services.
